Talk about the Chacha and the shift to the parliamentary system must have finally gotten into him and he just had about enough of it.

It’s funny that JDV, FVR, and GMA kept on blabbering about shifting to the parliamentary system and yet failing to recognize the fact that the Senate can thwart their attempt.
